Flynn named Oklahoma City CSC manager

Transportation industry veteran Pat Flynn has been named manager of United Petroleum Transports’ Oklahoma City Customer Service Center.
 
In his new role, Flynn will oversee a team of professional drivers, fleet managers and technicians who serve United Petroleum Transports (UPT) customers in the Oklahoma City area. Customer Service Center managers also serve as the point of contact for UPT customers, ensuring the company’s stringent guidelines for safety and customer service are adhered to.
 
Flynn has a proven history as a leader and entrepreneur in the gasoline transport. He served as regional manager for Kenan Transport after the company acquired the trucking company he owned and operated in Alabama. He was then named vice president of sales for Jacksonville-based Pipeline Transportation followed by a move to Risser Oil in Clearwater, Florida, as the director of operation and sales. He held the same title at Tampa-based Bulk Liquid Transport before moving to Oklahoma as a senior implementation consultant for WR Hess Factor.
 
Flynn is an Alabama native and a graduate of Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in transportation and distribution
